Welcome little Birdies!!!

We got this hanging flower basket when the first sign of spring came, and a few winter storms later it has survived. Not only that but it has become the home of our newest little friends. A few weeks ago we noticed the nest when we were watering the flowers and the kids have made an appoint to check on the eggs pretty much every day since then. Yesterday Gavin asked if we could check the eggs and lo and behold 4 of them had hatched. (There was one that hadn't hatched.) They are so funny looking but so sweet. Pretty much all you can see is starving little mouths stretched open ready to be fed. today when we checked the 5th one had hatched as well. We also went to Costco today and there are hanging baskets for sale there, Gavin asked if we could go see the eggs. Apparently he thinks all hanging baskets come with eggs and a nest in them.
