Cambree Hayden Schwab

We would like to welcome our newest member to the family. Our sweet little girl was born May 15th at 2:27 a.m.. She weighed in at 6 lbs 5 oz and 19 1/4 in. long. The labor and delivery went pretty smoothly. We are so happy to have her here and already adore her. When Natalia and Gavin came to See her at the hospital,Gavin was completely oblivious to her. He didn't even recognize that she was there. But when we brought her home from the hospital he was so sweet. He offered her one of his most prized possessions (his truck) and gave her a kiss on the forehead. We'll see though.Natalia loves her dearly... and is so sweet with her.She loves to sit and hold her. I am still so tired. They don't ever let you get any sleep at the hospital. And I feel like I just can't catch up.I should be sleeping now. My mom is here and has been very helpful with everything.Thank goodness for moms! I will try to keep posting pics. because they change so quickly.

38 weeks and counting
Mother's Day!

I had a fabulous Mother's day yesterday.Scotty made breakfast and then had me open a few gifts that he and the kids did a great job on.After church we were able to talk on the phone to Derek who is serving in New Jersey on his mission. My parents conferenced us in.It was great to hear his voice. He is doing great!Unfortunately we weren't able to get connection with scott's sister Dyan in Argentina. That was a bummer.Scott made a great dinner and cake to top it off. After we got the kids to bed we snuggled on the couch to a movie.(Sooo nice). The night before we went out to Olive Garden and went on a little drive to check out the hospital and parts of Puyallup. Scott has to work so much that our moments together are so needed and appreciated. He did a great job!

My Sleeping Babes
This one's for Deena!!

I had Nat take this picture of me(why part of my head is cut off)in honor of Deena. She passed this shirt to me and it reminds me of her preggo belly last summer. It is so comfy and every time I wear it I think of her.I have my 36 week appt. on Monday and I am really feeling like I see the light at the end of the tunnel. My little gavin is definitely 2.He has always been the easiest kid until now. These days he sweetly goes about doing naughty things. For instance at the park the other day he ran straight into the lake.He doesn't understand that there are boundries. I haven't decided whether or not it is a good thing that he has two moms(Natalia and I). Sometimes it's helpful and other times it can be frusterating. Ready or not...#3 is just around the corner.

Happy Birthday Scott!!!

Scott's Birthday was yesterday on March 24th.We had a great day!I made one of his favorites for beakfast. We call them "Dogs".(Bagel with ham and cheese and over-easy egg on it.)After that I went and got my Braces off.Oh does it feel nice to have them off.I guess in a way that was one of his gifts. We then headed to the gym to get in our workout.Natalia had preschool so while she was at preschool we went to Zupas. It is delicious if you haven't tried it! When we got home I made the cake. For all of you that know I am the worst baker ever and something usually goes wrong... well it did.The second layer of the 2 layer cake crumbled. So I tried to fix it by covering it with frosting. It turned out okay.He opened his presents with the kids before opur little date.Scott and I went to the mall and he picked up some new "kicks" as he calls them.We went to PF Changs for dinner and then headed back home for cake and icecream with family and friends in the area.It was a great day!It seemed like my Birthday too! I love Scott so much!I am very grateful for his example and for the person that he is. He devotes so much time to our family! I am so glad that he came to this earth 28 years ago and that we are able to be companions.

My Valentines!!

I should have taken more pictures but oh well.I love Valentines day!We were able to go out on Friday night to Dinner and a movie thanks to Zach and Deena. It was so nice to be alone and to have that time together.I am so grateful for Scott. He is an amazing husband and father!!I am also grateful for my little munchkins Natalia and Gavin. They bring so much joy and light to my life.Scott is gone for a week in Miami. We have been so used to having him around we all balled on the way home from dropping him off at the airport. Hopefully we survive through the week.I have been so used to having my right hand man around.(This is a random picture of us.We don't have any recent ones.I always seem to take pictures of the kids)

Cook the whole wheat linguine according to package directions.
While cooking the linguine, prep and fix the veggies.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter, saute the zucchini, mushrooms, red onion and garlic.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes to soften the mushrooms and wilt the zucchini and onions.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Drain the linguine very well and add to the vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle with both cheeses, toss and serve

Summer in Houston!!
Gavin cruises around pretty quickly now.We have to keep the door locked at all times because he always has a quick escape plan.He is very busy and curious. He also is ALL Boy.His favotite things are balls, cars, planes, trains, and doggies. Although we do catch him puting on Natty's tiaras from time to time. He is always smiling and happy even through his numerous falls and face plants. Lately when someone comes over he will go straight to the freezer to grab them a popsicle. He is the welcoming comitee and knows what is needed to endure this Texas heat.
Natalia turned 4 on July 8th.Scott was able to take the day off and we went to the zoo and took her to lunch. We came back home and had a princess party for her with a castle pinata. She loved it!When we first got here...She decided to give herself a haircut while I was in the shower.Luckily it was salvageable and has been great for the summer. She is full of life and always keeps things exciting. She loves everything to do with princesses and barbies.
We are really enjoying our time here.I have been lucky to have My fun sisters(in-laws)here to spend time with.My parents came out to visit the end of july.It was so fun to see them!!We plan on heading back to Lehi the first part of October.
