Summer in Houston!!

We headed down south to Houston the end of April.It was a long drive with the kids but we made it!We came here for the summer because Scott is working for pinnacle security.He has been working his tail off since we got here.I feel pretty guilty at times because while he works... we play!There are 6 other families here that have kids. There are 5 little girls that are Natalia's age and she is loving it!They just cycle from one apartment to the next playing together.We also try to venture out and do fun activities.
Gavin cruises around pretty quickly now.We have to keep the door locked at all times because he always has a quick escape plan.He is very busy and curious.He also is ALL Boy.His favotite things are balls,cars,planes,trains,and doggies. Although we do catch him puting on Natty's tiaras from time to time. He is always smiling and happy even through his numerous falls and face plants. Lately when someone comes over he will go straight to the freezer to grab them a popsicle.He is the welcoming comitee and knows what is needed to endure this Texas heat.
Natalia turned 4 on July 8th.Scott was able to take the day off and we went to the zoo and took her to lunch.We came back home and had a princess party for her with a castle pinata.She loved it!When we first got here...She decided to give herself a haircut while I was in the shower.Luckily it was salvageable and has been great for the summer.She is full of life and always keeps things exciting.She loves everything to do with princesses and barbies.
We are really enjoying our time here.I have been lucky to have My fun sisters(in-laws)here to spend time with.My parents came out to visit the end of july.It was so fun to see them!!We plan on heading back to Lehi the first part of October.
